Can I use Quest Bars as a meal replacement?

We always recommend consulting your physician or certified nutritionist before using Quest Bar as a meal replacement. That said, every Quest Bar is low in calories and loaded with high-quality protein plus fiber to help you feel full. Many fans use Quest Bars as a meal replacement and find them to be a fast, convenient way to curb unhealthy cravings and avoid unwanted, low-quality calories.

Are Quest Bars good for strength training?

Absolutely. Getting enough high-quality protein is critical to strength gains. If you want to add measurable muscle mass, the most important thing to do is increase protein intake.

It's best to consume this protein in several small meals throughout the day, so that you can keep your body constantly flushed with amino acids. Quest Bars are a convenient way to keep your amino acid levels up, if haven't eaten for a couple of hours and can't consume another type of meal.

Plus, Quest Bars use only whey and milk isolate proteins (which are universally recognized as some of the best, most bio-available protein sources), you'll have everything your muscles need to add the new satellite cells that are so important for muscles growth.

Do you store my Credit Card information on your website?

We don’t actually store the Credit Card info (CC). The information (CC) is stored with our credit card processor. When the customer uses a stored card, we only pass a unique identifier to the processor telling them which card we are trying to use.

Are Quest Bars Gluten Free?

Yes! Quest Bars exceed the FDA’s guideline for declaring a food product to be “Gluten Free”. We are also working diligently now with an outside agency to receive our official gluten free certification.

Are Quest Bars Vegan?

No. To reach our goal to make the best tasting, healthy products possible we use whey protein and milk protein isolate as ingredients. Both high-quality, complete protein sources prevent the Vegan Society from eating our bars.

What is Sucralose? Why do you use Sucralose?

Sucralose is a sweetener commonly used in many foods and drinks to reduce sugar calories and carbohydrates. The process to make sucralose begins with sucrose, or table sugar. The final product, however, is much different from sugar. Sucralose is made by replacing three select hydrogen-oxygen groups on the sugar molecule with three chlorine atoms, resulting in an intensely sweet, no-calorie sweetener.

What is Erythritol?

Erythritol, while technically a sugar alcohol, is very different than all the others. It is a sweetener that is found in nature (commonly in fruit) and has lots of fantastic properties.

Erythritol is the only sugar alcohol that doesn’t cause stomach upset and contains almost zero calories. Unlike other sugar alcohols which sometimes have MORE calories than regular carbohydrates, erythritol only has .2 calories per gram (carbs have 4 calories per gram).

What is the ideal temperature to store Quest Bars?

There are many ways to enjoy a Quest Bar. Many of our fans heat them up, eat them frozen, or bake and blend them. There is, however, an ideal way to store them… cold. As with all food, the colder you store them the longer they stay at their best. While Quest Bars are fine at room temperature, many fans have reported extended freshness when the bars are stored cold. Just be sure to warm up your Quest Bar just before eating to ensure the perfect soft and chewy texture.
